Renovated in 2022, the hotel features modern facilities designed to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. With 4 elevators and 157 rooms (7 single and 150 double), every detail has been thoughtfully planned to meet diverse needs.

The multilingual reception team is delighted to assist guests throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out. Guests are greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival.

Hotel booking policy (up to 5 bookings)

Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to Global Abs 2026. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.

Minimum stay: Please note that some hotels may require a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights and/or compulsory nights. The minimum stay is applicable per guest and per room.

Payment policy:

Upon acknowledgement of booking, a deposit corresponding to 100% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel reservation.

Final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel upon check out.

Cancellation policy:

From confirmation until 03rd February 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation no cancellation charges are applied.

From 04th February to 19th March 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 50% of the total cost of the cancelled nights.

From 20th March to 30th April 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 70% of the total cost of the cancelled nights.

From 01st May 2026, all reservations are 100% non-refundable. This includes cancellation and shortening of stay. The participant will be charged 100% of the total cost of the cancelled nights.

Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

Reservation modification changes: all reservation modifications can be made through the website "My account" function at https://globalabshotels.bnetwork.com/ or in writing via email. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.

Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). Bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for b network’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data.

Upon confirmation, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your pre-reserved allotment is requested to secure your hotel reservation.

By 19^th March 2026, an additional 50% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total reserved allotment.

From 20^th March 2026, any additional balances or bookings are requested to be paid upon confirmation.

We kindly inform you that the final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel through bnetwork.

Cancellation conditions:

From confirmation of your hotel allotment until 03^rd February 2026, in case of full cancellation of the pre-booked allotment per hotel, you are committed to pay 10% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees penalty. Partial cancellation is allowed without penalty.

Between 04^th February and 19^th March 2026, 50% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between 20^th March and 30^th April 2026, 30% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between 01^st May and 26^th May 2026, 10% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

From 27^th May 2026, 100% of the allotment night by night is due in case of cancellation.
